Pads the left side of a string.

Pads the left side of a string.

string->padLeading is called with member syntax on a receiver value. string->padLeading works with text values. Normalize input at boundaries, escape at output boundaries, and keep encoding calls close to the place where the encoded text is needed.

Parameters

tosize: Required value of type integer. Supply tosize positionally unless the signature shows a keyword form.
with: Optional value of type string. Supply with positionally unless the signature shows a keyword form.
